**Position Summary**:

**A day in the life of an E-Commerce Manager**:

- Develop winning strategies and plans to further grow our eCommerce channels
- Collate and consolidate key insights and turn into strategy & action.
- Be the market expert for eCommerce and feed this knowledge into key planning processes e.g. our annual business planning process (ICP)
- Build relationships with customers to support development and improvement
- Be the Swiss eCommerce champion in the European eCommerce acceleration team
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to build right execution first time approach to eCommerce (e.g. Marketing, Commercial Development, Supply Chain, Sales)
- Work with Sales to develop & execute best in class online execution
- Break boundaries and accelerate long term success in eCommerce

**What will make you successful**:

- 5-10 years profession experience
- 5+ years eCommerce experience (retailer experience beneficial, does not need to be Swiss specific)
- Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing &/or web analytics
- Project management skills
- Analytical skills in testing, measuring, refining & reporting
- Demonstrate good collaboration & influencing skills
- Fluent in English & German. French also beneficial
