Maintenance Technician

**Abylsen Switzerland** is an Engineering Consulting company that supports its clients in the Life Sciences, Engineering and Information Technology sectors. The company has been present in Switzerland since 2013 and is part of the Abylsen Group, which has more than 3300 employees spread across 7 different countries.

**For one of our client based in Neuchâtel, you will join the maintenance team.**

**OVERVIEW**:
50% Provide maintenance service (24 hours a day, 365 days/year) to production to ensure functional efficiency of equipment and compliance with cGMP.
- Carry out tasks according to internal (SOP, DP, etc.) or external (cGMP, NIBT, ASIT, etc.) procedures in collaboration with the various impacted services.

30% For sector representatives:

- Participate in the design phases of projects to highlight maintainability aspects in technical choices,
- Monitor and animate technical action plans to make equipment more reliable,
- Carry out training activities on the equipment within its scope,
- Participate in the reception and commissioning of equipment.

10% Ensure the maintenance of 5S in the areas for which the department is responsible

10% Member of the Emergency Response Group for designated persons

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- CFC/Degree in Maintenance,
- Knowledge of a cGxP environment,
- Technical knowledge in the mechanical / pneumatic / LV electrical fields.
- Understanding of technical English for using equipment documentation.
- Intermediate knowledge of IT (office tools / CMMS tools).
- EHS knowledge (chemical risks and pressure / recording practices / first aid for members of the intervention group).
- Knowledge of problem solving methodologies
- Coordination and collaboration with production contacts for handling diagnostics and carrying out interventions.
