About Us:
Lugano’s Plan ₿ is a joint initiative between the City of Lugano and Tether to accelerate the use of and leverage bitcoin technology as the foundation to transform the city’s financial infrastructure. We are a dynamic and passionate team looking to drive forward creative and engaging ideas to enhance the local adoption of blockchain technology and bitcoin.

Position:
**Responsibilities**:

- Creation and editing of high-quality videos & photos to promote Lugano’s Plan ₿ events and initiatives.
- Design and production of captivating graphics for our social media channels and promotional materials.
- Management of our social media channels to increase engagement and interaction with the audience.
- Collaboration with the team to develop creative content strategies.
- Develop collateral materials for the upcoming co-working space in Lugano
- Monitoring industry trends and adapting content strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience in video creation and editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Fluent Italian & English.
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Based in the Lugano Region / Northern Italy or able to travel to Lugano several times a month.
