Manager - M&A Financial Services

We are in search for ambitious colleagues in our Deal Advisory team. In this function, you will advise national and international clients in the Financial Services industry in complex transactions - from kick-off to closing.

**Your contribution to KPMG**
- Manage national and international buy
- and sell-side M&A projects with focus on financial services industry, especially Private Banking and Wealth Management
- Assist clients in developing business plans, challenge their business plans
- Create and designing financial models by using a wide range of research tools for market and company analysis
- Prepare high quality client presentations and participate in internal and external marketing activities
- Take responsibility for identifying new business opportunities and using an extensive network to elaborate on these
- Foreseeing future trends and developments and adapt quickly by continuously learning from each other and by means of continuous training
- Manage and develop team members from the M&A team

**This is what makes you successful**
- Bachelor or Master's degree with an emphasis in finance,
- At least 5-6 years of professional experience in the area of M&A, Investment Banking or Corporate Finance, preferably with experience in a financial services
- Analytically minded, solution-oriented and demonstration of entrepreneurial thinking
- Leadership experience would be a plus
- Great team player and ability to use a wide array of communication and productivity tools
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English and German or French
