**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing the newly founded business unit with presently up to 6 personnel.
- Accountable for the procurement of new Projects with German Clients.
- You will recruit, handle and promote personnel.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- At least 8 years of experience working in project management, executing project within the field of test systems and automation engineering.
- A background in systems technology, electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Familiarity/expertise on Labview, C# or any other programming languages.
- Past involvement within sales and acquisition.
- Fluency in both the German and English languages.
