**Brand Communications Lead, E-mobility**:

As the lead for branding within the ABB E-mobility division, you will work as part of an integrated communications team to positively position ABB E-mobility within the sector. Your role will be focused on developing the brand strategy for the E-mobility business and bringing it to life in meaningful ways to increase awareness and engagement globally with internal/external stakeholders. The location of the role is flexible with a slight preference to be in the European time zone.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement internal and external brand strategy to increase awareness and engagement of the ABB E-mobility business globally with internal/external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the global communications campaign to develop and implement integrated communications campaign
- Support the business with customer focused campaigns to leverage the brand towards lead generation
- Support marketing teams with research on how to increase consumer knowledge of the brand in targeted segments, especially in B2C, and drive activation tactics to grow brand presence and increase social awareness.
- Support global event strategy with recommendations on opportunities for greatest brand exposure and brand activation initiatives. Partner with local markets to support local event strategy.
- Identify and manage key co-branding partnerships with industry groups which raise the value and authenticity of our company brand
- Support with branded collateral for social media and other digital channels.
- Develop and drive alignment initiatives to ensure consistent brand experience in local markets where ABB E-mobility operates. Develop brand strategy for ABB E-mobility in markets which are reached through other channels
- Develop strategy-led, on-brand recommendations for segment-focused solutions, including product hardware, software, and apps.
- Build brand merchandise catalog which demonstrates the portfolio breadth and culture of ABB E-mobility internally and to a wide range of potential B2B and B2C customers.
- Lead brand implementation project across multiple asset groups within the organization (ie. fleet, workwear, facility/showroom, product packaging, etc)
- Develop segment specific media strategy (multichannel) to support the business in the most efficient way

**Your background**:

- Degree in communications, branding, or related field of study.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in communications and branding
- Experience in working on brand refresh or new brand roll-out projects preferred, ideally spanning B2B and B2C.
- Significant project management skills and cross functional communications experience
- Entrepreneurial, business driven and analytical approach to problem solving
- Must be self-reliant, collaborative and a good team player, with near native fluency in English
- Experience in working in an international team environment is a plus
- Direct work experience with senior management
- Attention to detail. An ability to prioritize, work within deadlines, handle multiple projects, and maintain objectives.
