**Head of Brand Communications - Corporate Advertising**:

The head of brand communications continuously builds out the expression of the ABB brand and brings it to life in meaningful ways to increase awareness and engagement of the ABB brand globally with internal/external stakeholders.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Communication programs: develop and implement initiatives for internal and external communications in line with global business strategy, corporate communications strategy, corporate identity and brand positioning to increase awareness and engagement of the ABB brand globally with internal/external stakeholders.
- Communications programs and messages including marketing communications, publicity, editorial support, web content, and direct marketing to educate and inform key stakeholders including customers, management, employees, trade media and interest groups.
- Executional excellence: ensure executional excellence throughout the area of responsibility for all communications measures in line with Group communication framework, corporate Brand identity/design guidelines and global strategy.
- Collaboration and consistency: collaborate with other teams in communications function and across ABB businesses to ensure communications excellence and consistency between internal and external messages and across all media.
- Network: build a strong network across the ABB Communications community to aid alignment across the organization and transfer of best practices.

**Your background**:

- 8+ years of experience in business communications and branding.
- Entrepreneurial, business driven and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Experience in developing and executing communication plans for cross-organizational activities.
- Ability to work with different teams, partners and other stakeholders.
- Used to working in international environments (strong intercultural skills).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
