Pour notre client basé à Bienne, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) International Visual Merchandising Project Leader (CDI- 100%).

**Responsabilités**:
Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des plans de merchandising visuel pour nos magasins dans le monde entier, en veillant à ce que les normes de marque soient respectées
Collaborer avec les équipes de conception, d'approvisionnement et de vente pour développer des concepts de présentation de produits innovants
Gérer la production et la distribution des outils de merchandising visuel, y compris les guides de présentation de produits, les supports de vente et les affichages de magasin
Coordonner les efforts de merchandising visuel avec les équipes de marketing et de communication pour s'assurer que les messages de marque sont cohérents
Analyser les ventes et les données de trafic en magasin pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des performances de merchandising visuel
Diriger les formations de formation des équipes de vente et de merchandising visuel dans les différents magasins du monde entier

**Votre profil**:
Diplôme universitaire en marketing, commerce de détail, design ou domaine connexe
Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le merchandising visuel, le marketing ou le commerce de détail.
Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et français
Capacité avérée à gérer des projets complexes avec plusieurs parties prenantes
Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement multiculturel.
Expérience dans la gestion d'équipes.
Expérience de gestion de projets complexes dans un environnement multiculturel
Développer des stratégies de merchandising visuel efficaces
