**What you will do**:

- Lead and mentor the marketing team with 4 people
- Set team goals, track progress, and ensure alignment with the department and company objectives
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy to enhance our brand presence
- Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and maintain a consistent brand message across channels
- Plan and execute internal and external events, including the coordination with vendors and partners
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, media and partners including the Marketing and Branding team of Swiss Post

**What you bring to the table**:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing and communication roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory position
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing and communication strategies, events and teams
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, media relations, and event management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects with strategic focus
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and abroad, especially to Morges on a regular basis (3-5 times per month)
- C1 in English and French or German with B2 in French or German
