Mit individuellen, internen sowie externen Weiterbildungen steigert er die Fach-, Sozial - und Selbstkompetenzen seiner Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter vom Zeitpunkt des Eintritts bis zur Pensionierung. **Deine Verantwortung**: - Als verantwortliche Person bist du zuständig für die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Testing-Strategie mit einem besonderen Fokus auf Testautomatisierung für Continuous Integration und Delivery (CI/CD). - Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Entwicklungsteams zusammen und hast stets das Ziel der fortlaufenden Verbesserung der Softwarequalität im Blick. - Als Botschafter fungierst du, indem du insbesondere das Qualitätsmanagement in Richtung "Qualität an erster Stelle" weiterentwickelst. - Du analysierst und vereinfachst unser Test Framework sowie unsere Automatisierungswerkzeuge im Hinblick auf die entsprechende Technologielandschaft. - Du leitest ein Team bestehend aus internen und externen Test Engineers und sorgst dafür, dass dein Team größtmöglichen Mehrwert generiert. **Deine Skills**: - Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Testautomatisierung, insbesondere im Umgang mit Automationstools wie Tosca. - Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in agilen Umgebungen und/oder in DevOps-Teams gesammelt. - Du verfügst über eine solide Ausbildung im Bereich Test - oder Softwareengineering und hast entsprechende Abschlüsse (z. B. Bachelor) erlangt. - Herausforderungen sind für dich willkommen, und du bist in der Lage, strukturiert und nachhaltig Probleme zu lösen. Du kannst über dich hinauswachsen und dich an neue Anforderungen anpassen. - Du besitzt fundiertes Wissen über Software-Testprozesse, -methodik und bewährte Verfahren ("best practices").
