**Business Intern / Praktikum (Mit der Option auf Festanstellung)**
**Arbeitsort: Bahnhofstrasse Zürich**

Wir suchen eine motivierte Quereinsteigerin für ein Praktikum als Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung mit dem Schwerpunkt Ausbildungsthemen. In dieser Position unterstützt du die Geschäftsführung in administrativen, organisatorischen, strategischen und ausbildungsbezogenen Aufgaben. **Deine Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Ausbildungsveranstaltungen, Workshops und Seminaren
- Übernahme von Recherchearbeiten und Erstellung von Ausbildungsunterlagen
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Ausbildungskonzepten und -programmen
- Mitarbeit an der Verbesserung der Ausbildungsqualität und -effektivität
- Unterstützung des Teams bei Bedarf

Als Quereinsteigerin erhältst du bei uns die Möglichkeit, den Einstieg in das Büro zu finden und dich in den Bereichen Administration und Ausbildung weiterzuentwickeln.
