As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will play a key role in improving the lives of patients by accelerating the development of our customer’s drugs and devices through innovative solutions.

You will play a vital role, embedded in our clients business.

This is a hybrid role, 2-3 days office based in Zurich.

**What you will be doing**:

- Mainly providing support locally (90% local and 10% regional)
- Main responsibilities:

- Contracts
- Invoicing
- Translation
- Update systems/milestones
- Filling submissions documents
- Book shipping/postage
- Order site-material
- Coordinating site staff meetings

**You are**:

- Experienced CTA (minimum 2 years) within the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to work well in a dynamic environment and able to prioritize and respond to changing needs of the business
- Strong IT skills
- Strong communication with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Fluent in English and German
