ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
COTY is seeking a talented, highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Travel Retail Europe Team. As S&OP Leader, you own 18 months forecast for a complex dynamic portfolio. You will lead the monthly S&OP cycle and manage sy stems, reporting, and communication needed to deliver the 50/50 demand plan for several brands in the Travel Retail Europe Business Unit. This position plays a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners. The role requires a high level of multi-functional collaboration, focus on details, and agility to deliver the dynamic planning needs of the market.

THE ROLE
The S&OP Leader is responsible for all forecasting activities associated with the COTY brands for the Travel Retail Europe Business Unit. This includes leading key meetings, creating and maintaining forecast models, integrating business intelligence and inputs from sales, marketing, finance, customers, and other sources. Demand Planning is the supply chain integration point into the commercial organization and plays crucial role in the business development. This role is expected to dedicate significant time to build processes and tools to step change the results of the Demand planning team.

**In this role you will be responsible for**: Lead monthly S&OP process with all 5 steps including General Manager reviews & own regional submission for the Business Unit Work with Initiative Team to determine timelines for the collection of promotional and new SKU launch forecasts Enable a collaborative and consensus approach in working with Sales and Finance Teams to obtain and ensure that accurate information is used for alignment meetings & reviews Lead mid-term action plan to improve KPI’s such as fill rate, forecast accuracy and alignment with financial plans. The process includes identifying gaps, recommending and implementing actions to improve performance in key areas Introduce and improve multi-functional processes and tools to increase forecast accuracy Lead strategic customer collaboration projects to build customer planning capabilities and improve KPIs Own Supply chain action plan for white space expansion projects in channels, geographies and brands Develop new planning tools to drive BU specific efficiencies Review & maintain demand plan for multiple time horizons Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, collect forecast data, maintain statistical forecast model Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool (JDA) Coach and mentor the Demand Planners of the BU working on different channels and brands

WHAT YOU’LL BRING University Degree in relevant field (Supply Chain Management, Business) 5+ years Demand Planning, preferably within the FMCG or Beauty market (mass or prestige) Strong understanding and experience of the Demand & S&OP processes including key metrics Strong analytical skills including good working knowledge of Excel and company demand planning software (JDA, MFR) Ability to engage and influence at all levels to bring change and results improvement Excellent written and spoken communication in English
