**responsable de boutique compétent(e) et engagé(e) pour compléter son équipe.**

Site: Genève
Pensum: 100 %

En tant que responsable, tu assures la **direction** de la boutique. Tu maîtrises les chiffres clés d’entreprise et apprécies le merchandising professionnel de têxtiles. Tu prends plaisir à constituer une excellente **équipe** homogène et sais la **motiver**par ton attitude positive.

**Tes tâches**

- Coordination des affaires quotidiennes
- Formation continue de ton équipe par des formations et des instructions
- Merchandising - mise en œuvre de directives de présentation
- Planification des activités dans la boutique
- Planification efficace et effective du personnel
- Analyse économique de la boutique
- Vente active

**Tes qualifications**

- Formation commerciale terminée
- Expérience dans le domaine du commerce de têxtiles et, si possible, dans la direction d’une boutique
- Sens des chiffres et bon comportement/raisonnement commercial
- Qualités de leader et haute compétence sociale
- Vif intérêt pour la mode et les tendances
- Esprit d’équipe et bonnes facultés de communication
- Connaissances de l'allemand
- Maîtrise du pack MS Office
- Bonnes connaissances de l’anglais et de l’allemand
