**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Execute complex tasks and acts as transfer knowledge agent
- Support & advise specialist/team head on problem solving and complex tasks
- Adhere to guidelines & policies, Provide input (if required) while policy definition
- Execute complex controls, Manage incidents and resolutions
- Manage complex clients and special solutions, handle single queries of high complexity
- Maintains intranet/ wiki pages/ training material and provides front & Ops training
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day usage of key tools and processes
- Collaborate with partners
- Advise on definition of standards
- Drive continuous improvement and initiatives including the elaboration and implementation of efficiency measures
- Act as SME in change initiative
- Support the development of new solutions, raise requirements in collaboration with the PO
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Higher education and extensive experience/expertise in operational taxes of an international bank and regulatory tax reporting (CRS/FATCA/QI), international client tax reporting and withholding tax reclaim procedures
- Distinct customer and service orientation
- Comprehensive knowledge of securities, their specific characteristics & taxation
- Good technical understanding of banking operations methodologies/processes
- Business fluent in English and ideally in another local language
