Do you thrive on tax transformation and adapting to the ever-changing tax environment? To support the growth of our Tax Reimagined business within the Swiss market, we are looking to build our delivery expertise and bring on board a tax transformation manager with relevant experience to both support the conversations with our clients and deliver on engagements across a range of topics.

Location: Zurich
Start Date: As soon as possible
Workload: 80% - 100%

**Your Contribution to KPMG**
- Reporting to our Tax Transformation lead and other local engagement partners/directors, support with the delivery of transformation engagements
- Supporting the generation of market demand - this would include working to identify new, or building on existing client relationships and maintain a robust internal network of contacts, supporting the expansion of KPMG's reach and influence
- Managing the delivery of transformation projects, leveraging global best practice, developing standardised processes
- Contribute to achieving the country business plan, budget, strategy and market initiatives and gain local support
- Articulate the value proposition and strategic enablement of transformation to the broader KPMG team
- Build relationships within KPMG (tax and advisory) to identify opportunities and monitor trigger events

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of execution and client relationship management
- English is a must, German and/or French a plus
- Strong understanding of transformation across the tax and finance operations of global organisations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead by example
- A consistent history of delivering high-quality results, demonstrating your commitment to upholding KPMG's reputation for excellence
