Job Summary:
Be responsible for all activities pertaining to financial aspect of alliance management, supply chain, financial planning, payments, collections and Statutory reporting. Support managerial decisions through the preparation of management reports and financial analyses. Monitoring and supporting for business planning development, pricing business cases, partner’s new product launches as well as monthly forecasting. Lead the supply chain process by ensuring reliable products supply to the market. Ensure compliance with financial policies, controlling, accounting and tax for North West African markets (Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia) in close collaboration with ELEXSA Controlling & Commercial Team in Geneva.

Reporting to India & SAMETA Alliance CFO

Key Job Contents:

- Engage with relevant stakeholders internal and external to ensure smooth alliance management from finance perspective.
- Active participant in regular governance meeting with the partners.
- Timely review of partner’s KPI and highlight potential issues and risk when necessary.
- Review the supply price business cases submitted by partners.
- Regular meeting regulatory, GBS and plants to confirm PO and ensure no stock out of products in the market.
- Upon partner request, meet with partner’s supply chain to confirm PO and ensure no stock out of products in the market.
- Support the partner in plants sites’ communication regarding tender business shelf life.
- Manages and controls the submission of management and financial reports within the set deadlines, ensuring their accuracy.
- Prepares and consolidates forecast for the preparation of F03, F06, SAMETA Visit, F09, V0 and any other deep dives required.
- Conducts detailed analysis of operating results, reports on any variance or deviation from the set budget and prepares new forecasts includes apprising management of significant opportunities and risks to the business on a timely basis.
- Coordinate with Regulatory to align supply and registration timeline
- Secure source of supply for new product launches.
- Formulate monthly shipment plan and coordinate with partners on monthly shipment.
- Establishes internal control system both operating and non-operating in meeting with the given policies and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, controlling, accounting and tax for NWA markets in close collaboration with ELEXSA Controlling & Commercial Team in Geneva.
- Requirements:

- University degree in accounting, business or related field
- CPA / MBA is a plus
- English and French proficiency
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- SAP and Microsoft Office literacy
- Assertive business partner
- Good financial acumen and ability to challenge/ investigate
- Good operational finance and process improvement skills
- Deals easily with ambiguity and can effectively cope with change
- High learning agility
