We need a passionate and collaborative individual to support and drive the ESG data process in our Basel headquarters. They should have an overview of different reporting standards and frameworks.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Drive the ESG-data reporting process and tools (governance, training, tools maintenance, performance monitoring) as part of the team.
- Design and implement key controls for national (Swiss CO Art. 964) and international (CSRD) non-financial reporting in collaboration with the Financial functions.
- Supervise regulatory changes related to ESG data reporting, including GHG Protocol, TCFD, CSRD, and others.
- Ensure timely reporting of ESG data at the site level. Consolidate and analyze data including plausibility at Divisional and Company levels.
- Actively coordinate with all sources of data and functions vital for preparing the sustainability report (HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, Engineering, Procurement).
- Participate in third-party limited/reasonable assurance of ESG data.

**Key requirements**:

- Data-driven individual with 2-5 years of experience with environmental (e.g., carbon footprint), safety, and social data.
- University Degree or equivalent experience, minimum Bachelor’s degree in fields such as engineering or ESG, analyst/audit/controls, with experience in data and systems.
- Proficiency in English is a must; other languages, especially German, are a plus.
- Experience in ESG reporting, assurance, and controls is essential.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and experience.
- Outstanding people-relations skills with the ability to partner with others to develop practical solutions that meet business needs.
