**Your role**
- Are you interested in personal and professional issues in an international company? Are you familiar with the topics of health, addiction and finances? Would you like to contribute your many years of consulting experience to us? To support our team, we are looking for a Social Counsellor for:
- Counseling employees, line managers and HR partners
- Exchange with internal and external partners (authorities, doctors and social insurance companies, etc.)
- Conducting of internal training courses

**Your team**
- UBS Social Counselling is a professional internal counselling centre for UBS employees and retirees on issues such as health, case management in the event of long-term absences, workplace, budget and debt advice, individual and family problems, etc. To strengthen our social counselling team in German-speaking and Italian-speaking or French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced, committed and competent personality. Place of work is Lugano, Geneva or Zurich.

**Your expertise**
- Degree in social work at a university of applied sciences is a prerequisite (Bachelor's/Master's)
- Several years of professional experience in social work in areas such as health/psychiatry/public social services/addiction etc.
- Education and professional experience in conflict management is an advantage
- High level of communication and consulting skills as well as confident and competent dealings with various stakeholders and senior management
- Concise linguistic expression in our business language English, German and Italian or French
- Organizational and administrative skills as well as in-depth knowledge of MS Office
