Our Group HR team is seeking a dedicated and motivated **Working Student in Global Compensation & Benefits** (f/m) to support various compensation and benefits processes. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in an international HR environment.

**A job that matters: your tasks**
- Report directly to the Vice President of Global Total Rewards and provide administrative support.
- Collaborate on various compensation processes, including compensation reviews, short-term and long-term incentives.
- Support projects related to HRIS compensation modules, job grading, and benchmarking.
- Conduct market research and create internal and external reports.
- Prepare presentations, documents, and reports.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including meeting organization, schedule coordination, document management, invoice processing, and expense reporting.

**An experience that matters: your skills**
- Enrolled student at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences in Business Administration, HR, Economics, or a related field.
- Preferably some work experience and availability for a 24-month working student position.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with analytical work and data processing.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); German is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
