International Pv Business Process Leader

Proclinical are recruiting an International PV Business Process Leader for a biotech organisation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Europe. The client is focused on providing life-changing novel treatments for various illnesses areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offer content participations to PV process-linked associate communication and training requirements.
- Cooperate with international process owners to inspire PV processes impacting affiliate.
- Include a suitable set of associates in international PV process design, development and maintenance.
- Raise problems impacting international PV processes.
- When suitable, you will detect and raise problems impacting international PV processes or possibly impacting various affiliates.
- Direct and/or participate in PV development efforts, PV initiatives and projects cooperating with IPV Community Heads, CCLs and international process owners.
- Form best practices across affiliates compliance.
- Recognise and examine impact on all shareholders, processes and tools as well as handle affiliated communications appropriately.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Educated to an advanced degree level in a life science or natural science field or pertinent healthcare profession experience.
- At least 8+ years of experience in PV, clinical research, development, drug safety, quality science or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience in an affiliate PV role or an international role oriented on affiliate assistance.
- Comprehension of international and affiliate PV procedures, which involves safety affiliate positions.
- Familiarity with process design and process-level oversight, specifically for processes mentioned as main focus.
- Knowledge of PVM, GVP, ICH-GCP and any other pertinent standards and regulations.
- Versed in medical and safety features of FDA, EMEA, NICE and any other pertinent guidelines.
- Project and management capabilities.
- Takes ownership and responsibility of duties.
- Able to make decisions.
- Deliberation, inspiring, and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Personal and collaborating abilities.
- Capable of operating in cross functional and matrix teams both effectively and efficiently.
