**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Creating transparency in the context of the SAP-based Purchase-to-Pay process implementation
- Supporting the project management with stakeholder alignments and master data management
- Creating purchase orders incl. tracking of order confirmations
- Optimizing the selection of buying channels in SAP, together with the Project Management
- Supporting in the preparation and execution of training sessions
- Identifying continuous optimization/ automation potentials in the Purchase-to-Pay process
- Supporting the development, execution and implementation of category and sourcing strategies for key areas, such as Professional Services, HR-Services, IT & Telecommunication, Travel & Fleet

**Deine Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or any other relevant discipline
- First experience in Procurement/Supply Chain Management, with a focus on Purchase-to-Pay
- SAP knowledge (focus Materials Management)
- High degree of autonomy, pragmatism and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Analytical mindset and process-oriented approach to work
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English, any other language is an asset
