We are seeking a student or recent graduate to join our Account Management team.

As an Account Management Intern, you will support the Account Management (AM) team in building and nurturing long-term relationships with users while identifying opportunities to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Your main project will focus on developing and implementing initiatives that amplify the voices of MaxWell Biosystems users through strategic promotional activities.
This internship offers hands-on experience in client relations, strategic collaboration, and brand communication. You will be part of our Zurich-based team, contributing to global initiatives.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing and executing programs to highlight user experiences and employee stories.
- Collaborate on the planning and executing company events and customer engagement activities, working cross-functionally with other departments.
- Support internal processes within the Account Management Team, including updating and managing customer relationship management (CRM) databases.
- Help coordinating the selection processes for company-sponsored initiatives, such as travel grants for international conferences.
- Assist with lead generation activities in preparation for MaxWell Biosystems’ participation in international confer-ences.
- Uphold company values and contribute to maintaining a positive brand image.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in neuroscience, ophthalmology, electrophysiology, or a related field.
- Experience in media production and content distribution is highly valued.
- Strong interest in science communication and brand advocacy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal abilities.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic international team.
- Fluency in English is required, other languages are a plus.
