**Location**: Geneva, Olten, St. Gallen, Zurich

What is your role in the team?
- Independent project planning, control and lead of ERP implementations based on Microsoft Dynamics AX/365.
- Contact person for customers, suppliers and employees for solving challenges.
- Control and manage the KPIs of the project (budget, deadlines, project quality).
- Guide project teams on a multinational and multidisciplinary level.
- Support of the sales team in preparing proposals for potential and existing customers.
- Methodological responsibility in agile implementation of projects according to Avanade methodology.

Your key qualifications
- Diploma in IT or a similar education.
- General understanding of business processes and their mapping in Microsoft Dynamics AX / 365.
- Experience in leading project teams.
- Team
- and customer-oriented way of working.
- Willingness to travel (according to customer needs and in coordination with you)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German or French and English.
