**Global Manager Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging**

As the Global Manager Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging you will ensure our D&I strategy and plans are set up to achieve our Purpose goals and HR strategy. You will put in place the framework to deliver our D&I strategy and you will build the organizational capability and delivery framework for D&I initiatives.

You will bring thought leadership to this field and help the company evolve our approach over time, building shared understanding of Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, Engagement and Equity.

You will report directly to the Head of Organisational Development and you can be located in any of our Givaudan locations.

**You will be responsible for**:
**Organizational Capability**
- Continue to build leader, HR and employee acumen and confidence in D&I by creating initiatives and learning programs that influence inclusive behaviour
- Work and partner with key stakeholders to embed D&I into all our core employee experiences and measure outcomes
- Create and support an internal network of champions in D&I

**Policies and Practices**:

- Partner with our Rewards team to improve, monitor and report on equal pay
- As a member of the global HR Talent Council, help ensure our Talent Management practices support our D&I goals including how we assess our talent to ensure Better Balance succession planning for our leadership positions and their feeder pools

**Networks and Communication**
- Identifying external trends and best practices which will increase diversity, inclusion and belonging among all Givaudan's employee groups
- Develop external networks of D&I experts in reference companies in this field and our key customers
- Collaborate with the internal Communications teams to drive regular innovative internal and external communication across multiple channels

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Relevant University degree
- 8+ years of leadership experience
- 4+ years in D&I strategic role
- Fluency in English, additional language a plus
- Expertise in D&I including knowledge of best practices and trends
- Experience designing and implementing D&I strategies and programs an advantage
- Naturally facilitate discussions through coaching, open enquiry and thought leadership
- Familiar with taking data and insights and creating the right story to support recommendations
- Demonstrated tenacity and solution orientation to overcome obstacles and resistance
- Deal well with pressure
- At ease proactively building networks internally and externally and working with multiple stakeholders
- Have run large scale project and change management programs across multiple countries, business units over a sustained period
