What to Expect
- As a Sales Advisor (M/F/d), you play a critical role in helping customers on their journey to owning a Tesla vehicle. You are a product expert who is passionate about Tesla's mission and can communicate the benefits of owning a Tesla to potential customers. You understand our customers' needs, educate them about our vehicles, and guide them through the sales process so they can make informed decisions.
- You're motivated, want to succeed, and are driven by Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. You will be part of a larger sales and delivery team that works closely and flexibly together on all tasks.

What You’ll Do
- Representation: You are a product expert for Tesla vehicles and technologies and are always informed about the latest developments and trends.
- Customer Service: you understand each customer's needs and preferences and provide a personalized solution that meets their needs, such as information on the benefits of owning a Tesla vehicle, including charging and maintenance costs, environmental impact and driving experience
- Support: you'll guide customers through the sales process, including financing options, trade-ins, delivery timelines, and be a trusted advisor to answer any questions and address any concerns or objections
- Sales Experience: You provide your customers with an exceptional experience that exceeds their expectations and build a long-term relationship with them
- Success-driven: You meet or exceed your sales goals and performance metrics designed to accelerate your professional growth and the growth of the company
- Team Spirit: working with other members of the Tesla team to ensure a seamless customer experience rounds out your profile

What You’ll Bring

- Language Skills: You can communicate, read and write fluently in English and German
- Eligibility: You possess a valid driver's license
