Director Sonova Sales Academy
**Your tasks**
- Develop an overall learning strategy and implementation plan for global program, incl. relevant Sales Excellence tools, such as Playbooks, Funnel Management etc.
- Integrate value-based pricing methodology as a key element into the Sonova Sales Academy and enhance value-based pricing skills of the organization
- Collaborate with different functional disciplines to obtain compelling points of superiority of the Sonova value propositions and integrate in training concepts
- Establish processes that meet global needs and promote and facilitate a high-performance commercial culture
- Consult with stakeholders across the sales ecosystem to assess learning needs tied to sales innovations and consistent sales execution
- Prioritize training needs with business leaders and market/regional teams. Customize curriculum and plans based on nuanced needs of local teams
- Use human-centered design approaches to discover, design and develop meaningful solutions to ensure business has capabilities to deliver value and compete in future
- Prioritize learning and development opportunites across multiple audiences and programs to focus sales teams' investments into key learning interventions that will accelerate sales productivity and customer satisfaction
- Lead solutioning discussions with internal team members, stakeholders and external partners by synthesizing findings from multiple sources into learning requirements
- Partner with internal team members, stakeholders and external partners to design learning and/or program experience that achieves desired outcomes on scalable and systemic blended learning platform
- Leverage network of external content providers/experts as appropriate to ensure best-in-class solutions for each business objective
- Support and lead creation of global team of certified facilitators and certified trainers who can ensure sustainable retainment of desired mindset and skillset
- Use design expertise, business acumen, and influencing skills to design, curate and build the most impactful learning solutions. Be adept at both designing learning programs as well as providing strategic direction for work done by external providers
- Measure and analyze program effectiveness through leading and lagging indicators and identify trends to help inform future opportunities
- Leverage existing platforms and tools to more efficiently obtain feedback, deliver training globally and measure learning effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
- Support planning, budget and resource forecasting as required to maximize operational efficiencies
**Your profile**
- University Degree in the field of Learning & Development and/or Business Administration with a track record of sales and negotiation skill trainings
- 5+ years of experience leading sales people as well as 3+ years of program management experience, e.g. in a global people development program
- Experience in CRM training and adoption, consultative and value based selling methodologies, and new hire learning paths for client-facing employees
- Ability to create solutions and navigating complex environments to uncover and prioritize opportunities that drive business outcomes
- Experience in translating strategic vision into actionable program roadmaps and making decisions with incomplete or imperfect information
- Proficiency with MS Office
- High degree of personal responsibility and commitment, independent and proactive work style, passion for winning and pride in high quality work, and the ability and desire to learn new skills or improve existing abilities
- Ability to lead, motivate and engage cross-functional/cross-cultural teams, strong coaching and people development skills as well as strong leadership qualities
- Strong business acumen, attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to work under pressure as well as analytical and technical competency including experience working closely wit WHS, Sales Ops, and so on
- Creativity and innovativeness with a pragmatic approach
- Absolute integrity, honesty and transparency, excellent communication and effective presentation skills, the ability to effectively engage and influence leaders and peers in the development of solutions with measurable business impact as well as the ability to comfortably work at all levels in cross-functional/cross-cultural teams
- Excellent English skills both written and spoken, any other languages are an asset
