**Financial Services Pursuits Project Manager (French speaking)**:

- Are you a Sales or Procurement Professional? We are looking for a Project Manager who can manage and support our Audit and Advisory pursuit processes. In this important role you work closely with the business teams in Financial Services and support our teams in winning proposals.

**Your contribution to KPMG**

Execute project management for complex, deadline-driven pursuit processes including the planning of the internal proposal process, defining deliverables and scope, communicating deadlines and responsibilities, setting up meetings, chasing actions and monitoring overall progress

Analyze the Request for Proposal (RfP) and coordinate the pursuit process

Initiate relevant research efforts (i.e. company profile and stakeholder analysis)

Support the business team in preparing for any client interaction (i.e. site visits and presentations) and oversee the production of relevant materials

Develop proposal documents, including preparation of initial document structure and design, managing content development and document review processes as well as coordinating design resources

Work closely with Pursuit Leaders and other Pursuit Project Managers to support the continuous development of new templates and leading practice examples

**This is what makes you successful**

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration or similar, advanced degree preferred

Ideally 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a professional service company; experience with Audit-related communication is an asset

Excellent planning, project management and organizational skills

Proficiency in French and English is a must; German is a plus

Very strong communication skills and ability to build relationships within KPMG Financial Services

A proactive mindset and ability to work independently

Experienced user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
