Inviting guests to enjoy delicious international cuisine in the Windows Restaurant, as well as cocktails at our famous Leopard Bar and Cigar Lounge.

Main duties:

- Respect all procedures for recording reservations, confirmations, and cancellations, as well as all procedures of the computer system in force.
- Provide a warm and personalized telephone greeting.
- Identify potential new clients and communicate information to the appropriate department.
- Propose an offer adapted to the customer's request while answering the sales process and instructions of the hotel.
- Ensure customer follow-ups.
- Control reservations and options in the PMS.
- Act as a sales representative for the entire hotel, suggest the hotel's services as much as possible (restaurant, meeting rooms, etc...).
- Check weekly the reservations of the coming week (notes, traces, characteristics, etc.).
- Assist and replace the Revenue & Reservation Manager during his/her absences.
- May be required to participate in client parties/cocktails and tours of the hotel.

Prerequisites:

- Fluent in French and in English, oral and written expression. Mastering a third foreign language is highly desirable.
- Experience in the luxury hotel industry, of 1 or 2 years minimum.
- Communicator, good listener and detail oriented.
- Open-minded, positive and autonomous.

Occupancy rate: 80 %

Working time: week-end and week
