WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

The Advanced Analytics Group (AAG) is a team of experts in data science, engineering, marketing analytics and primary research. You will be responsible for AAG people operations in your region, working closely with AAG team members, AAG leadership and with Bain’s Global HR, Recruiting and Training teams.
This position can be in London, Berlin, Munich, Amsterdam, Paris, Copenhagen, Zurich, Dubai, Rome, Milan, Johannesburg, Warsaw or Istanbul.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is an opportunity to be a key leader in Bain’s rapidly expanding Advanced Analytics Group. Responsibilities include:

- Train, coach and oversee the regional AAG staffing team. Ensure that staffing processes and communications are consistent, transparent, understood and fair for all stakeholders and in close coordination with local Hub/office generalist staffing, AAG and case team leadership
- Oversee and prioritize AAG regional hiring targets. Work closely with Global Recruiting to ensure the proper processes are in place and are effectively executed
- Track utilization and identify and problem solve utilization issues with AAG Regional Lead Partner. Provide input into 3 year planning process
- Work closely with AAG leadership to address organizational and talent needs. Coordinate with Operations Leads from other regions to ensure best practices shared across regions
- Work closely with Global Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to address individual people issues
- Develop system to track and address various feedback mechanisms (e.g. Worldwide Employee Survey, Case team feedback, Leadership team case feedback)
- Understand PD needs for AAG Directors+ and work with Regional Delivery Lead, Hub Leads and Ringfence Leads to identify opportunities to meet needs
- Set regional delivery team meeting agendas, serve as host with the Regional Lead and present a significant piece of content; advise other presenters on their content
- Work with Guild and Ringfence leads to determine topics for training, including sequence and frequency based on regional strategy and account/topic priorities; work with trainers on content and meeting design
- Oversee regional consultant transfer process

ABOUT YOU
- 10+ years of professional experience in a staffing or consulting leadership role. Experience in analytics a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Liberal Arts, related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Strong problem solving and quantitative skills
- Strong process skills of follow-up and follow-through
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence senior leadership, drive change and align programs/initiatives with strategic business goals
- Ability to deal appropriately with sensitive and highly confidential information
- Ability to structure presentations with clear, concise and compelling story lines a plus
