Basel, Schweiz Proclinical Vollzeit

Proclinical are working with a small Oncology biotech company located in Basel, Switzerland who are are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director of Clinical Operations to join the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies for clinical trial operations that align with company goals and objectives
- Oversee the design, planning, execution, and reporting of clinical trials
- Manage relationships with clinical research organisations, investigators, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure that clinical trials are conducted in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards
- Identify and mitigate risks to clinical trial delivery, while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and data quality
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the clinical operations team

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree in life sciences or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical trial operations in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial design and execution, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
