**Your area of responsibility**:
Under the guidance of the Head of HR, expect daily collaboration with the members of the wider HR team. Your responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited, to:

- Support HR team in day-to-day tasks related to employee life cycle via the internal HR system
- Support the team in drafting contractual documents such as employment agreements, reference letters and any other employees’ documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting activities; preparation of quarterly and “ad hoc” reports (ie. holiday balance, overtime etc).
- Update employee records in the HR system (Personio) and file employees’ documents in document repository.
- Coordinate logistics for internal training sessions (ie. arrange room booking, send out invitations to participants, generate meeting links, track attendance, etc.).
- Take ownership of employee gifts organization ie: Easter, IWD and birthday gifts as well as occasional gifts (ie. employees wedding, newborn event, etc).
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required (ie. Letters’ shipment, catering services, etc).

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (recently graduated), with ideally focus on Human Resources
- A strong interest in the HR field is a must have, and a first working experience in HR is a plus
- Strong interest in working in a multicultural environment
- Good analytical skills and a proactive mindset
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to quickly adapt and work with different HRIS;
- PC literacy (MS office, Outlook,).
- Fluent in English and proficiency in German is an advantage

**Start date**:ASAP or latest 1st of January 2025
