**Lead a proven SaaS company into its next growth phase**

We are a Swiss-based SaaS company on a mission to simplify and digitize the complex world of road transportation. Our software platform supports logistics providers in optimizing day-to-day operations—from planning and dispatch to execution and billing—with a modern, automation-driven, and user-friendly solution.

With regulatory pressure increasing, digital expectations rising, and transportation costs tightening, carriers and shippers across Europe are under pressure to modernize. We believe standardized, smart, and scalable software—not project-based customization—is the answer. That’s where we come in.

Our platform is already proven in the market. Now we’re preparing for scale, commercial acceleration, and international expansion through indirect and direct sales—and we are looking for a Managing Director to lead the way.

**Your mission**
- Own the P&L and drive the company’s strategic and operational development.
- Lead the transition from project-based services to a scalable, product-led SaaS business.
- Expand our customer base and prepare for internationalization across the EU.
- Develop and scale indirect and partner sales channels to support efficient market expansion.
- Build and empower a lean, focused leadership team and foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure financial stability and transparent stakeholder communication.

**Your profile**
- Experience as CEO, GM, or Commercial Leader in a B2B SaaS or software company, ideally in transport, logistics, or ERP.
- Proven track record in building indirect sales channels and successfully entering new European markets.
- Entrepreneurial and pragmatic mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Technically literate and comfortable working closely with product and engineering teams — no coding required, but you understand SaaS architecture, APIs, and product roadmaps.
- Confident in leading both operational and commercial areas in a fast-evolving scale-up environment.
- Fluent in German and English; French at business level required; Swiss German is a plus.
- Available on site in Bern, Switzerland, and willing to travel to customers across Switzerland and, as the business expands, throughout Europe.
