**Vos missions**:

- A ce poste, vous analysez les passages aux bancs d'essais production d'une famille moteur spécifique
- Vous analysez l'état actuel du matériel et des processus
- Vous appliquez la méthode Lean pour l'amélioration des postes de travail
- Vous analysez et participez à la ràduction du temps des essais en collaboration avec le département développement
- Vous soutenez le département projet banc d'essais pour différentes tâches et projets

**Votre profil**:

- Vous êtes actuellement en formation ou avez terminé une formation universitaire (Bachelor ou Master) en génie mécanique ou dans un autre domaine technique ou vous possédez un diplôme de technicien ES (h/f/x)
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement le français, l'anglais est un atout
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances de la méthode LEAN
- Vous avez une bonne maitrise du logiciel MS Office
- Vous avez la capacité à travailler en équipe ainsi que de manière autonome si nécessaire. Vous êtes une personne orientée solutions.
