**Your team**:

**Your role**:

- Defining and owning the Sales Enablement technology roadmap, working alongside the Distribution leadership to transform our organisation into a tech-enabled, data-driven, client-centric operation.
- Working with Sales, Marketing, Client Management and Reporting to identify business needs, and designing, building and rolling out client-focused solutions to deliver high-touch support.
- Driving strategic initiatives by building and overseeing an in-house Salesforce development team, coordinating with other tech product units and ensuring seamless, value-adding integration across tech products.
- Managing the Sales Enablement and Marketing Tech vendor portfolio by fostering relationships with vendor product teams and influencing their roadmaps.
Keeping abreast of market developments, engaging with industry peers, monitoring emerging trends and refining our tech stack to accelerate business transformation.

**Your profile**:

- At least five years’ experience in asset management distribution; experience working with Salesforce would be a big advantage.
- Curious, hands-on, proactive, with convictions and influencing skills.
- A SaaS-native mindset, with an understanding of the nature of SaaS platforms with their own roadmaps, evolving capabilities and strategic trade-offs. You should also have experience of translating SaaS product updates into business value.
- At ease managing a broad set of stakeholders and prioritising to deliver impact.
- Fluency in English; good knowledge of French would be an plus.
- This role can be based in Geneva or London (with regular travel between the two entities).
