We are looking for a **Junior Porduct Manager**to join our team and contribute to the development of Memo Paris' visibility through your creative eye and sense of beauty. If you have great eye, the ability to capture and highlight products and a quick learning pace, we want you on our team As part of the marketing team, you will support the development of the company's fragrance collections, from idea to launch: - Carrying out market and competitor analyses to support strategic thinking - Participate in drawing up creative briefs in collaboration with the founders and the marketing team - Coordinate exchanges with partners - Monitor product development (fragrance, packaging, accessories, pricing), respect schedules and ensure final quality - Help prepare launches (sales pitches, samples, etc.) - Ensure the coherence of the 360 elements supporting product launches (POS, training, communication, digital, consumer experience, etc.). **Ideal profile** - Higher education (Bac+4/5) (business school, university, perfumery school) specialising in marketing, luxury goods or cosmetics - First experience of product marketing in the perfume or luxury sector - A strong interest in the world of perfume and storytelling - Organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage several projects in parallel - Team spirit, adaptability, willingness to invest in a fast-growing organisation Our group is an equal opportunity employer with a diverse, globally distributed workforce.
