We offer an amazing nanny position for a flexible, professional nanny with several years of experience in caring for babies and toddlers, preferably with a pedagogical background. The sympathetic parents are looking for an experienced nanny to support the family at different residences. Ideally, you have experience in Montessori pedagogy or similar methods. Long-term employment is offered in an attractive environment with appreciation and very attractive employment conditions.

**Area of responsibility**:

- Age-appropriate support and developing of the child
- Sole charge or shared care of the child
- You support the development of the child motorically, intellectually and linguistically
- You work hand in hand with the mother or parents, and are also welcome to give advice
- You have numerous ideas for supporting the child, singing, painting, playing, reading books, telling stories, etc.
- You stick to the existing routine or can adapt it according to the age
- You feed the child

**Desired profile**:

- Childcare is your passion and a matter close to your heart
- You have been a nanny / kindergarten teacher for many years and have accompanied toddlers in their development for several years
- You have pedagogical training or knowledge of methods such as Montessori or similar.
- Your approach to children is loving and cordial, but also consistent
- You are a role model with good manners and polite interaction
- You are discreet and bring a positive energy to the family
- You speak very good English and good German
- You are flexible and adaptable in accompanying the family to different residences
- You are an EU citizen or have a residence permit for Switzerland

**Working hours**:

- 100% position with 50 hours, 5-6 days/week with flexibility
- Babysitting by arrangement

**Start**: ideally at the end of 2024, by arrangement
