Price/pack Manager

The Price/Pack Manager is leading the design and deployment of the unit's pricing agenda and ambition, partnering with the unit head, SRM lead, sales team and other demand pillars.

**What are we looking for?**
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, being able to drive clear recommendation out of analysis
- High ability to balance and influence stakeholders on various levels
- Strategic mindset and thinking
- 3-5 years of experience in either sales, brand management, category management or related functions
- Good understanding of FMCG and customer dynamics
- Experience in the units market

**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Leads the **definition of units direct pricing plans **in close partnership with unit heads, sales teams and other demand pillars
- Partners with Portfolio Team to **optimize brand pack-price architecture and develop PPA and product mix guidelines**, driving consumer penetration & category profit pool
- Conducts **detailed pricing analyses with 4C approach **across channels / pack types to highlight opportunities
- Tracks and manages critical inputs for pricing plans like **retail pricing landscape, deadnet pricing and related cross border challenges as well as price elasticity**:

- ** Co-leads cross-functional market SRM/Pricing Council**, including leadership and project management of pricing actions
