**Lead cluster digital agenda and - together with x-functional team - shape & deploy digital strategy by capability building, perfect digital screen and maximizing sales opportunities via category projects, tracking and measuring BEACH d-com growth.**:

Mars Beach is looking for a passionate entrepreneur who will help our cluster to put the right category initiatives in place in order meet our growth ambition in D-com.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- ** Design category strategy and define roadmap to success in order to realize ambition of Mars BEACH in ecommerce (in line with global guidance and the local strategy)**:

- ** Deploy and measure Perfect Screen compliance consistent with customer prioritization**:

- ** Deliver committed growth (nsv & lmac) via category Initiatives and perfect digital screen**:

- ** Partner with Pureplay & B&M customers across BEACH to drive category projects related to Digital**:

- ** Train local marketing and category teams on digital to build omni channel fundamental capabilities in entire organization**:

- ** Bring category projects to stage & gate process and manage them through to execution**:

- ** Set up digital analytics and integrate it to S&OP+ where necessary**:
