Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a **Director, AI Tools Expert.** This position location is flexible to Zug, Switzerland but is also open to US locations: Titusvulle, Nj; Cambridge, MA or Spring House, PA. This position will require up to 25% travel.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the SME and champion for approved AI tools, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Develop and share best practices, guardrails, and responsible use guidelines for AI tools.
- Showcase successful use cases and demonstrate productivity benefits.
- Collaborate with technical teams and end-users to gather feedback and optimize deployment strategies.
- Drive responsible, confident adoption of AI tools, ensuring compliance with governance and ethical standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; technical background or experience with AI tools preferred.
- Proven expertise in AI tools, digital platforms, or related technologies.
- Strong communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
