**Job Overview**

The SCRUM Master and OKR Process Owner is responsible for facilitating Agile methodologies within the Engineering department and maintaining an effective OKR process across departmental, cross-functional, and company-wide levels. This role focuses on fostering collaboration, ensuring alignment with company goals, and driving performance through structured objectives and key results.
- **SCRUM Master**:

- Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) for the Engineering team.
- Ensure the team follows Agile principles and best practices.
- Remove roadblocks and shield the team from distractions to maintain productivity.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure effective backlog management.
- Track and report on sprint progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- **OKR Process Management**:

- Own and maintain the OKR process at the department level (Engineering), ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.
- Facilitate regular OKR setting, tracking, and review sessions to ensure measurable progress toward key results.
- Collaborate with other departments to align cross-functional OKRs and support broader company goals.
- Provide guidance and coaching to teams and individuals on setting effective, measurable OKRs.
- Regularly report on OKR progress to leadership, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Ensure collaboration across departments for OKR alignment and SCRUM-related tasks.
- Act as a liaison between Engineering and other teams to promote transparency and a unified approach to achieving company objectives.
- **Process Improvement & Innovation**:

- Continuously assess and optimize SCRUM and OKR processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives for process improvement within the Engineering team and beyond, incorporating feedback and new methodologies.

**Qualifications**
- Strong experience as a SCRUM Master with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage OKRs across multiple levels of an organization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the tech or engineering sector is preferred.
- Certification in SCRUM or Agile methodologies is a plus.

Salary : 90,000 to 100,000

Work Location: Zurich (daily office attendance required)
