** Rolle**:
Unser Kunde, ein etabliertes Logistikunternehmen mit internationaler Ausrichtung, sucht eine kompetente und führungserfahrene Persönlichkeit zur Leitung des Bereichs Export & Transporte. In dieser Schlüsselrolle verantworten Sie die weltweite Speditionsabwicklung über sämtliche Verkehrsträger und stellen effiziente, sichere und gesetzeskonforme Prozesse sicher.
** Verantwortung**:
- Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich Export & Transporte sowie fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams
- Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen internationalen Speditionsabwicklung über Strasse, See, Luft und Rail
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der operativen Transport-, Export
- und Zollprozesse
- Überwachung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Richtlinien, Zoll
- und Aussenhandelsvorschriften
- Steuerung und Koordination externer Logistik
- und Transportpartner
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen
- Mitwirkung an strategischen Projekten und Weiterentwicklung der Logistikorganisation
** Qualifikationen**:
- Zwingende Führungserfahrung in der Logistik, Spedition oder im Export
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der internationalen Speditionsabwicklung über alle Verkehrsträger (Strasse, See, Luft, Rail)
- Weiterbildung als Aussenhandelsfachmann/-frau, Speditionsfachmann/-frau oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Sicherer Umgang mit aussenhandelsrelevanten Vorschriften und internationalen Transportprozessen
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Lösungsorientierung
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kunden
