Within the Mikado project (migration to SAP S/4 HANA), the sub stream leader for Manufacturing is responsible for planning and coordinating all stream resources and activities related to design, build and test of the respective SAP area across all Straumann group manufacturing sites.
In the project organization, the position reports to the work stream leader for PP/QM/PM/PLM. Travels to manufacturing sites will be required.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Sub Work stream Manufacturing leader
- Represents Global Operations to the project team
- Member of project team and responsible to manage respective sub work stream Manufacturing
- Supporting the analysis and definition of the business processes. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Understands the process configuration in the SAP system so that it is aligned with and effectively supports the required business processes
- Collaborate with the work stream Production, QM, PM, PLM members to Drive solution implementation
- Coordinate all project related activities with local project team in the manufacturing sites
- Ensure the effective implementation of the business processes in S/4HANA across all manufacturing sites
- Ensuring knowledge transfer to representatives in the manufacturing sites
- Supporting the execution of functional and integration tests of the system (test support)
- Implementation support during go-live and ensuring productive operation
- Problem solving and troubleshooting in the test with reference to process errors
- Supports the migration approach and the tests
- Act as coordinator for Operations by aligning cross functional topics with Ops controlling, quality, SCM, PLM

**Qualifications**
- Master in Manufacturing or any master degree with at least 5 years in Operations area
- Experience with SAP PP and ideally other modules like QM, PM, MM.
- Good overview on the Straumann processes in manufacturing area.
- Experience in an international matrix organization
- Fluent in English
