S-GE has its own teams (Swiss Business Hubs, SBHs) in approximately 45 countries. The Swiss Business Hubs are integrated into the diplomatic missions of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA).

Your Duties

**Product Management Support**
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers (CRM, BI, Platforms) and translate strategic direction into actionable tasks
- Support in refining product requirements into clear and executable user stories (including definition of done)
- Contribute to release planning, sprint goal setting, and functional testing
- Ensure that deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and quality standards
- Maintain technical documentation for developed sprint increments
- Possibility to take ownership of smaller projects or act as deputy project lead
- **Operational Support**- Provide 1st/2nd level support and triage incoming support cases
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge baseYour Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience as a Junior Product Owner or in a comparable role within a digital environment (CRM, BI, Platforms)
- Strong technical affinity and solid understanding of data and platform technologies (CRM systems, BI tools such as Tableau, digital web platforms)
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into structured backlog items
- Analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Team player who builds bridges between strategy (Product Management) and delivery teams
- Strong customer orientation and pragmatic approach
- Enjoys communication, testing, and continuous improvement
- Fluent in English (C1) and intermediate German (B2)
