As the Treasury FX and Cash Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily cash management and financial transactions of Group Treasury, with a specific focus on Sika AG and Sika Finanz AG.
- Responsible for daily Cash and Liquidity Management, FX Exposure Hedging, Intercompany Funding and Reporting.
- Verifying and initiating Group Treasury transactions in close collaboration with banks and internal parties.
- Managing global Cash Pools, Money Market transactions, IC Netting processing and daily TMS Reconciliation.
- Monitoring of Intercompany credit limits, FX market developments and contributing to other Treasury-related projects and tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Banking or a related field with professional certifications such as Swiss Certified Treasury, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or similar.
- Senior Treasury work experience in FX and Cash Management in a global environment.
- Systematic approach to problems and solution finding with competence to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in using TMS (Integrity), Trading Software (360T) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Treasury mechanics, Global Payment Systems and Hedging Strategies.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) with great communication skills.
