Tasks
- As a member of the IT Project Portfolio Management Office, you will actively contribute to the development and establishment of the new IT PPMO.
- Take part in the Project Management standards within the IT department according to HERMES and Agile methods.
- Act as a reliable spokesperson to support your IT PM / Portfolio Management team and your clients of interest.
- Carry out Quality Control to ensure compliance with the planned IT project and portfolio goals (deadlines, costs, quality, resources, etc.) and intervene at an early stage in the event of deviations.
- Use your creativity to help write the news through digital channels and design the PM events.
- You independently develop concepts and procedures in your work area and establish them in the organization.
- You are responsible for deputizing the IT PPMO management.

**Requirements**:

- Must have fluent German skills (C1/C2 level) - any other language is a plus.
- University/ETH/FH Degree in Business administration, Business Informatics or similar.
- You are pragmatic and can quickly familiarize yourself with the different areas of PPMO.
- 2-5 years or more as a PMO or in IT Project management.
- HERMES, Scrum (Agile) is a must-have (Confluence and Atlassian are a plus).
- Excellent MS-Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, etc) and open to learn new tools.
- Great team player with strong communication skills and motivated to utilize your skills.
