Afin de renforcer notre Département Vente & Marketing dont les missions principales sont de développer le portefeuille clients et promouvoir l’offre Vaudoise Assurances, nous recherchons un/e Responsable Customer Experience. **Les missions qui vous attendent**: - Développer les disciplines de Customer Experience dans toute l’entreprise afin d’améliorer l’expérience client - Développer des indicateurs et mesures de l’expérience client - Identifier, gérer et soutenir les projets/initiatives stratégiques du design et de l’amélioration de l’expérience qui transforment positivement de manière globale l’expérience client - Être agent du changement et faire évoluer l’entreprise vers une entreprise centrée sur le client afin de renforcer l’expérience client - Piloter des projets et des initiatives CX stratégiques et transversales à l'aide de méthodes éprouvées - Modéliser et garder à jour les différents parcours clients de l’entreprise **Votre profil**: - Master ou titre équivalent - Expérience d’au minimum 5 ans dans le domaine de l’expérience client - Maitrise des outils tel que le Design Thinking, le Service Blueprint ou encore le Human-centered design - Langue maternelle française, bonnes connaissances de l’allemand (B2 minimum) et bonnes connaissances de l’anglais (B2 minimum) Vous êtes également doté d’une aisance relationnelle, d’une grande orientation client et d’un sens de l’écoute. De plus, vous faites preuve d’un bel esprit d’équipe, d’ouverture d’esprit et d’une bonne capacité de communication. Grâce à votre caractère d’intrapreneur et votre organisation poussée, vous êtes à même de travailler en toute autonomie pour atteindre des objectifs.
