**Your tasks**:

- HUBER+SUHNER revolutionizes the radar antenna market The HUBER+SUHNER 3D waveguide antenna is the first long-range 3D metallized plastic radar antenna designed for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), offering ultra-low losses for the most accurate object detection whilst meeting automotive standards. HUBER+SUHNER develops antennas for all automotive radars, in addition to long-range radar, it also includes mid-, short-range radar and corner radar.
- This global role as Head Operations Metallized Polymers offers you a unique chance to have the full responsibility to lead and further development and expand our highly automated production lines in Switzerland and Poland.
- Your main Tasks are the following:
- Ensuring readiness for delivery and quality, according to customer requirements
- Establishment and further development of the customer-specific supply chain
- Creation and development of the global Metallized Polymers organization
- Construction and further development of the fully automatic systems, taking state-of-the-art into account
- Smart Factory / IIoT approaches
- Continuous further development of the area in the direction of Operational Excellence
- Personnel, technical and financial management of the department in accordance with budget specifications
- Advancement and development of employees
- Holistic thinking and acting
- Establishment of a transparent key figure system

**Your profile**:

- Completed technical education (bachelor's, master's) specialization in SCM and business administration
- Several years of successful management experience (at least 10 years) in the international automotive production environment
- Experience with fully automated processes and production facilities
- In-depth knowledge of digitization (Smart Factory / IIoT)
- Sound knowledge of process and quality management according to IATF 16949
- Very high level of self-motivation and resilience
- Excellent leadership skills (navigator and coach)
- Analytical way of thinking and structured way of working with a high focus on results, performance, processes, quality and goals in the context of a global organization
- Demonstrable success in increasing efficiency and productivity indicators
- Good organizational and coordination skills including negotiation skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
