**Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Identify market trends and suggest actions to defend the market position
- Update market segmentation, identify the most attractive segments for Rieter, and define requirements to excel in these segments with Rieter spinning systems
- Create gap analysis based on segmentation and define measures towards the strategy
- Streamline product management tools and approaches to enhance efficiency
- Collect ideas on possible spinning system improvements for commercial strategies; design and coordinate them with key stakeholders and sparring partners
- Coordinate and steer the product units with regard to customer requirements, target segments and focus segment
- Prepare sales material
- Report improvements and critical topics in monthly steering committees with top management
- Bring the Rieter recycling strategy to the next level (how to re-set boundaries of closing the loop in têxtile)
- Lead a dedicated young team and get high management attention

**You bring that with You**:

- Master or bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Business Development, or similar
- At least 5 years of professional experience in business development, product management, strategic marketing in the machinery or têxtile industry
- Proficiency in English and German
- Solid experience in dealing with marketing intelligence data
- Strong attention to detail with effective communication, presentation, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- You can assert yourself and get your ideas to the point to convince the top management and key stakeholders
- Broad knowledge of the most common MS Office programs e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Textile industry know-how is a great advantage
