**Wir suchen eine/n Mitarbeiter/in für unseren Customer Support** mit guten Deutschkenntnissen für eines unserer international tätigen Unternehmen im Kundenservice. Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für Anfragen vor und nach dem Kauf und nutzen verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle, um eine schnelle Unterstützung für die Kunden zu bieten und einen reibungslosen Lieferprozess zu gewährleisten.
**Missionen**:
- Entgegennahme, Analyse und Beantwortung von Kunden
- und Experten-Anfragen
- Proaktive Betreuung von Kunden und Experten und Änderungsvorschläge
- Gewährleistung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Servicequalität
- Verwaltung von administrativen und marketing Aufgaben auf Deutsch
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Team
**Profil**:
- Erfahrung im Kundenservice
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse und gute Französischkenntnisse, in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Computerkenntnisse und Affinität für Internet Technologien
- Kunden
- und lösungsorientiert, gute schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, analytische Fähigkeiten, methodische Organisation, Selbstständigkeit
